Lost Humboldt invites you to steep in nature, find a focus of inspiration, and get lost in wild creativity!

This project centers local creatives whose work gives voice and visuals to narratives that emerge from Humboldt’s dense forests, emerald rivers, stunning dunes, and all the life flourishing in between.

Lost Humboldt reaches beyond the redwood curtain to tell the story of a symbiotic pairing: the exquisite beauty of the North Coast and its synergy with artists across a vast range of disciplines.

Lost Humboldt is funded in part by the County of Humboldt, through an initiative of the Humboldt Creative Alliance. The Humboldt Creative Alliance is a collaboration of arts and culture organizations working together to promote visibility of the arts and their impact in Humboldt County. The HCA envisions a vibrant, healthy community filled with innovative, creative thinkers and makers.
